Speakers: Don Swartz (donald.swartz@sba.gov). Don is an Economic Development Specialist for the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA). He is currently the Director of Economic Development for the eight counties in South Jersey. In this role, he oversees the development of new innovative ways of developing business within South Jersey and expands SBA loan programs through marketing and outreach to participating lenders, microloan intermediaries, trade associations and business organizations. Previously, he served the SBA as the Director of the Cumberland County Empowerment Zone's "One Stop Capital Shop," which offers a full range of business services free of charge to the public.
