- "How much does it cost to attend Forum meetings?"
Regular Forum Meetings are free, we only ask that you register online prior to the event so we can prepare for a specific number of attendees.
- "How do I register for the Forum meetings/events?"
You will only be able to register for forum meetings after invitations are sent out (2-4 weeks prior to the event). Registration for meetings will be online. Simply fill out the Registration Form and click "Register." For sponsored events, please visit the Sponsored Events page and click on the link provided there for registration to these events.
- "What will I get out of the Forum?"
The forum provides resources and networking opportunities for all attendees. The forum can provide small start-ups with the information they need to get on their feet. Attendees to forum events will be given the opportunity to exchanges ideas and advice, which will create new opportunities for entrepreneurially-minded businesses. Entrepreneurs, support organizations, economic development organizations, university faculty and students, and government officials are invited and encouraged to attend.
- "How can I receive regular mailings from the EFSNJ?"
If you have previously registered for a forum event you will automatically receive information for upcoming events. If you have not registered, please email us: info@efsnj.org and include your name, company, email address, and phone number where you can be reached. Someone will respond to let you know we have received your information and you will be included in all future mailings.
- "Where will the meetings be held?"
We are currently trying to find a permanent location for EFSNJ meetings. Be sure to check the Forum Meetings page for updates.
- "How do I become an advisory board member?"
All advisory board members are asked to donate annually to the EFSNJ and promise services to the organization throughout the year. If you are interested, send an email to info@efsnj.org or contact Thomas Bryant, Executive Director of the EFSNJ (by email or by phone: 856-256-4126).
- "Why should I become and advisory board member?"
Advisory board members will receive free press through forum meetings and sponsored events throughout the year. Advisory board members will be given opportunities to speak at forum events and will be listed on the EFSNJ website. The donation to the EFSNJ will count as a tax write-off for your company, since the EFSNJ is a not-for-profit organization. You will be able to hand out information about your company at monthly meetings. You will be able to influence, develop, and help coordinate monthly meetings.
