Speakers: Kimble Byrd, Professor of Management, Rowan University (byrd@rowan.edu). Kimble Byrd holds an A.B. from Villanova University and a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. He has taught in the legal environment of business area, and business strategy and ethics, with special focus on entrepreneurial financing.

Robert D'Intino, Professor of Management, Rowan University (dintino@rowan.edu). Robert D'Intino earned his Ph.D in management at Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. He teaches in the area of entrepreneurship and business policy.
